Pure patchouli essential oil is a balancing oil that helps to relax the mind. It can aid anxiety and depression.
Patchouli essential oil blends well with bergamot, chamomile, clarysage, frankincense and vetiver oils.
How to use:
In the bath – add 6-8 drops to a warm relaxing bath. Vegetable oil (15 mL) may also be added for a truly moisturizing experience.
Massage – add 3-5 drops of oil to a tablespoon for carrier oil (sweet almond, grapeseed, or choose from many others) to create a relaxing massage oil.
Diffusers – add 3-5 drops of oil to diffuser. If using a candle diffuser, add water to blending well to 3/4 full and maintain level at 1/4 to 1/2.
Caution: Do not take internally: keep away from eyes. Use sparingly. Keep away from children. If irritation develops, discontinue use.
