Pure geranium essential oil is a balancing oil that can help with nrevous tension, PMT, post natal depression and many other stress related ailments. It is mentally uplifting and can increase concentration. Geranium helps to regulate the female hormone system and can also normalize oily skin.
Geranium essential oil blends well with bergamot, chamomile, clarysage, lemongrass, juniper, lemon, lemongrass, frankincense, rose and vetiver oils.
How to use:
In the bath – add 6-8 drops to a warm relaxing bath. Vegetable oil (15 mL) may also be added for a truly moisturizing experience.
Massage – add 3-5 drops of oil to a tablespoon for carrier oil (sweet almond, grapeseed, or choose from many others) to create a relaxing massage oil.
Diffusers – add 3-5 drops of oil to diffuser. If using a candle diffuser, add water to blending well to 3/4 full and maintain level at 1/4 to 1/2.
Caution: Do not take internally: keep away from eyes. Use sparingly. Keep away from children. If irritation develops, discontinue use.
