Pure cypress essential oil is a balancing oil can aid rheumatism, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and muscular aches and pains. It is an antispasmodic and so is helpful in treating asthma, spasmodic coughs, bronchitis and influenza.
How to use:
In the bath – add 6-8 drops to a warm relaxing bath. Vegetable oil (15 mL) may also be added for a truly moisturizing experience.
Massage – add 3-5 drops of oil to a tablespoon for carrier oil (sweet almond, grapeseed, or choose from many others) to create a relaxing massage oil.
Diffusers – add 3-5 drops of oil to diffuser. If using a candle diffuser, add water to blending well to 3/4 full and maintain level at 1/4 to 1/2.
Caution: Do not take internally: keep away from eyes. Use sparingly. Keep away from children. If irritation develops, discontinue use.
Avoid in early pregnancy.
