Pure camphor essential oil is a strong, stimulating oil that can aid in treating colds, influenza, bronchitis and breathing difficulties. It can also help muscular aches, joint pain and non-inflammatory arthritis.
Camphor oil should not be used when pregnant.
How to use:
In the bath – add 6-8 drops to a warm relaxing bath. Vegetable oil (15 mL) may also be added for a truly moisturizing experience.
Massage – add 3-5 drops of oil to a tablespoon for carrier oil (sweet almond, grapeseed, or choose from many others) to create a relaxing massage oil.
Diffusers – add 3-5 drops of oil to diffuser. If using a candle diffuser, add water to blending well to 13/4 full and maintain level at 1/4 to 1/2.
Caution: Do not take internally: keep away from eyes. Use sparingly. Keep away from children. If irritation develops, discontinue use.
Camphor should be avoided if pregnant.
