Pure ylang ylang essential oil is a relaxing oil that is mentally uplifting. It can aid in depression, anxiety, hyper-activity and stress in general.
It is lovely when blended with chamomile, jasmin, lavender, patchouli, rose, sandalwood and vetiver.

How to use:
In the bath – add 6-8 drops to a warm relaxing bath. Vegetable oil (15 mL) may also be added for a truly moisturizing experience.
Massage – add 3-5 drops of oil to a tablespoon for carrier oil (sweet almond, grapeseed, or choose from many others) to create a relaxing massage oil.
Diffusers – add 3-5 drops of oil to diffuser. If using a candle diffuser, add water to blending well to 3/4 full and maintain level at 1/4 to 1/2.
Caution: Do not take internally: keep away from eyes. Use sparingly. Keep away from children. If irritation develops, discontinue use.
